• at91bootstrap-master.tar.bz2  --> bootloader source code
• u-boot-at91-master.tar.bz2   ---> uboot source code
• linux-at91.tar.bz2   ---> Linux kernel source code
• rootfs.tar.bz2   ---> root file system source code

And you can download the compile tools with the follow website:

Then you will get the follow tools:

• arm-2011.09-70-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.bz2   ---> cross compile tools
• mkubifsimage   ---> root file system build tools
